Kids today are overwhelmed, disconnected — and nobody gave them an instruction manual.

Every child you love is navigating a world that moves too fast, demands too much, and rarely slows down to ask: How are you really doing? They're feeling things they don't understand. They're comparing themselves to everyone else. They're wondering if they're enough.

And the truth is — there's no instruction book for life. That's what Vicki Merryweather set out to change.

Because when a child — or anyone else — understands who they are, how to handle their emotions, and that they have real superpowers to offer the world — everything changes.

A book that meets kids exactly where they are.

Your Best Life! isn't a lecture. It's a conversation. Filled with real stories, honest questions, and hands-on activities, it invites readers to do the work of self-discovery — at their own pace, in their own words.

Vicki Merryweather spent years trying to become the best version of herself — through the mistakes, the speed bumps, the moments she almost gave up. She wrote this book so that no kid has to figure it out alone.

With warmth, humor, and the voice of a trusted mentor, this interactive book walks families through the most important life skills — from understanding your feelings to setting goals that actually mean something — and the steps needed to reach them.

"Always remember that YOU are the HERO in YOUR story!"
— Vicki Merryweather

"It's like a guidebook for navigating life! I love that it's interactive and has space for kids to write and be creative. As a mother and elementary educator, I wish I could get this into the hands of every child I know!"

KayDee Shaffer — Elementary School Teacher

"Each prompt walks you through understanding yourself and your feelings. Readers are encouraged to nurture themselves as the miracles they are. A tremendous guide to finding your path."

Jacqueline Whitaker — Educator

"This book will teach teens so much with the prompts it contains to help them find themselves and be the best they can be! An amazing reminder that our best is enough!"
